Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and secure the box with heavy-duty shipping tape.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
